Anger can be a useful emotion or it can do harm to your self and those around you. This is a 10 week psycho-educational program that is approved by the Orange County Probation Department. Classes are designed for those who are Court Ordered and also recommended for those who are feeling the negative effects of anger in their lives.

Classes are available in English and Spanish
